One very important facility in the complex is the Technology Park, which will also have access to all the infra-structure serving the Hotel and the Race Circuit. In addition to its unique location and the fact that it benefits from the excellent access to the complex, the Technology Park will have the most modern technical infra-structure, such as a fibre optic network, thus creating the right conditions for future users of the Technology Park to be able to operate in close association with the circuit in the field of research and development.

This relationship between the circuit and the Technology Park could be of great benefit to manufacturers of cars, motorbikes, tyres, fuels and lubricants, inasmuch as all research and development work can be trialled in real time on the circuit, at low cost and with the confidentiality that is often necessary.

For the Portuguese and international competition teams involved in different championships, the Technology Park could also be an excellent opportunity to create a base with privileged use of the circuits (Race Circuit and Karting Circuit) and become an asset that will match their ambitions.

The Technology Park is also open to other areas of business: companies working in the field of renewable energies, or any other area of business innovation, could be based here.
In our view, the symbiosis between the Algarve climate and the site's natural setting, as well as the quality and the technical conditions of the complex, will lead to the creation of an integrated facility that is unique in both Portugal and Europe.
